Cranachan - Our Contemporary Pink Gin
 
Looking to Scotland for inspiration, Cranachan is inspired by the famous dish, orginally eaten in elebration as summer's bounteous raspberry season came to a close. This famous dessert is often the finale to a backdrop of traditional poetry and song at traditional Burns' Suppers. 
 
Using local raspberries, sweet heather honey, oats and new make malt spirit, this velvety smooth gin is bottled at 40% ABV for a lighter style of contemporary gin.

ON THE NOSE
Fresh raspberries and green juniper. 
 
ON THE PALATE
Juniper gives way to fresh raspberries. Rich spiced honey, creamy and warming.

Velvety with a whisper of sweet berry.
