VALKYRIE - Our Lighter Gin
 
Our modern take on the classic London Dry Gin.  Traditional botanicals are energised with the citrus zest of Jara fruit to give our VALKYRIE expression bright green zest and zing with an opulent sparkle.  It is then cut to 43% alcohol, the best level at which to enjoy the brightness of the Jara.

Juniper Berries
Jara Zest
Coriander Seed
Cassia Bark
Cubeb Pepper
Angelica Root
Orris Root
 
Body:
Silk smooth.
 
Nose:
Fresh green juniper, bright lemon and lime citrus notes. 
 
Palate:
Juniper gives way to spiced bright citrus. Opulent lime with sparkling lemon.
 
Finish:
Soft citrus falls to a linger of cinnamon.
