Distilling of THOUGHT & MEMORY takes more than twice the time of standard gins, using only the choicest ingredients and the smoothest purity of wheat based spirit to give a Premium Gin, that is cut at 45%.
 
Botanicals: 
Juniper Berries
Mandarin Peel
Coriander Seed
Cassia Bark
Cubeb Pepper
Angelica Root
Orris Root
 
Body:
Satin smooth.
 
Nose:
Fresh and bright, but with a spicy mandarin depth. 
 
Palate:
First comes the juniper followed by a deep mandarin flavours, juicy but dark. The finale is warming spice that ends with a crackle of pepper.
 
Finish:
Long and warming with a cleansing pepper burst.
