Whisky Ambassador Programme

The Whisky Ambassador programme is the UK's first accredited Whisky programme and the qualification is administered by the BIIAB. There is no pre-requisite for the course except a little enthusiasm! Each candidate will receive a study booklet prior to the session, and during the class you will learn about the History, Mystery and Production of Scottish Single Malt Whisky.  We also cover world whiskies, cocktails, and up-selling but most importantly we will teach you to recognise the individual whisky regions and their typical characteristics, essential in the enjoyment and understanding of Whisky.

The Session includes a fabulous nosing and tasting session. You will have the opportunity to enjoy six beautiful Scotch Single Malts Whiskies and learn about their origins.  At the end of the session there is a short multiple-choice exam and a practical tasting session of 4 whiskies. Successful candidates will become Certified Whisky Ambassadors.  You will receive the prestigious Whisky Ambassador Certificate and a unique pin badge that you can wear with pride.

You will also be asked to join our Facebook group The Whisky Ambassador - Asia - Alumni. A community of certified Whisky Ambassadors to share Whisky news and events.

The course fee (HK$5,800 per person) includes your enrolment, UK registration and certification.
