Our Lighter Gin

Our modern take on the classic London Dry Gin. Traditional botanicals are energised with the citrus zest of Jara fruit to give our VALKYRIE expression bright green zest and zing with an opulent sparkle. It is then cut to 43% alcohol, the best level at which to enjoy the brightness of the Jara.

INTERNATIONAL GIN MASTER 2021 Competition

HRAFN GIN - VALKYRIE

The award of a "Master" medal is the pinnacle accolade and rare. HRAFN GIN 'Valkyrie' was only released on the 1st of June and also received a GOLD medal in the "Premium" category. For the award of a "Master" medal, every judge must score the gin at over 90%. To achieve a GOLD medal requires an aggregate score, from the judges, of over 90%.
